It's not that easy to define what is ok and what is not but I generally believe that using the same content over and over again and just changing the name of the winner of the give away is a bit a cheap effort. I haven't really given much though about it but I don't want this ranking to become a place where people can gather automated upvotes from ctpsb without doing much effort.
