Start of STEEMIT journey

So my STEEMIT journey started last week 25 June 2017. I did alot of STEEMIT readings and comments, and even did some blogging of my own, starting to portray some of my photos and some investment knowledge, relevant to crypto currencies.

HOWEVER, I am an absolute novice when it comes to the STEEMIT wallet. So I have a couple of questions, for which I couldn't really get good answers on youtube.

As all wallets are public, please see my week-old wallet below, with reference to my questions.

I need your input please

1. If I trade my SBD for STEEM, if STEEM is at a dip, and STEEM recover, I have made a gain by having STEEM. However, if such STEEM were to be converted to SP, would I still have the gain? I think the question is, is SP pegged to the STEAM price?
2. What is the delegated STEEM POWER and will this always show in my wallet?
3. What is the ratio between STEEM and STEEM POWER if I want to either power up or power down?
