Pigweeds, locally known as kulitis is a perennial plant that usually grows with the other weeds. It is used as leaf vegetable at some point, cooked along with other vegetables. My mother found this out in Negros and is now used in the manufacturing of some health beverages.
It's good for anemic patients with its iron rich content.
