No, it's not that, the requirements were specific and easy but they didn't track all the information on the blockchain, only what was available on uniswap.info which, apparently, doesn't have a lot. Also, Uniswap users I guess were a kind of "last-pick" and not really prioritized, so anyone who did get it is basically just lucky or probably a frequent Uniswapper.
