What I feel is Missing!

Now let me start by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Steemit, these aren't complaints but simply what I believe would improve on what is already an awesome platform.

1. Steemit Chat

Yes I know, we already have steemit chat, however an integrated steemit chat system would be great. Currently steemit chat is being hosted on RocketChat, and while it's a pretty good service, it does occasionally fail. Having it integrated into Steemit with a nice UI would be great!

2. Internal video hosting

Think YouTube without the tedious ads. A lot of Vloggers are currently having to upload to YouTube and then embed the videos onto Steemit, and while that works it simply isn't ideal. It would be great if there were a seperate section of Steemit dedicated to videos. Steemit is already taking on Facebook, it might as well take on YouTube too.

3. Offical IOS/Andoid app

Yes I know about eSTEEM... it has never functioned correctly for me. I can't post or upvote on it, and the setting seem to reset every 5 nanoseconds. A proper well made and well developed app would be hugely benifical.

4. Saving signatures/footers

Not a big deal, however being able to save your footer to automatically put it on the bottom of your post would be a nice "quality of life" improvement and especially nice for people who sometimes post from a phone.

5. Tweak self voting

Currently there is a lot of incentive for upvoting your own comments. This means more people are voting only on themselves. I suggest removing or lowering upvote payouts on your own comments (not posts though of course). This would give people more incentive to look for content they enjoy and upvote that rather than using their voting power on themselves. This would be beneficial for Steemit as a whole.

Please let me what you would like to see in the future of Steemit. Please upvote and follow for daily cryptocurrency news and blogs.

Happy Mining!
