I recently became a SIM millionaire (holding 1 million+ SIM power). It took some effort and out of pocket funds but I finally made it. So, was it worth it?
Hell yeah. Here are a few benefits to becoming a SIM millionaire
Governance. SIM millionaires can vote on proposed changes in game. This is a huge benefit in my opinion.
You get 1 chance every 24 hours to receive a free student. This is done on the Discord server. The more unique buildings you have the better your chances of getting a free student. Student cards give a tax refund and they are very valuable.
Right now the SIM holding rewards are quite high. You don't need to be a millionaire, just hold over 8k SIM power. The more SIM power you have the more holding rewards you'll receive. I am currently earning about .7-.8 Hive a day just for holding SIM . This can change at any time but for now it's awesome.
Random rain/ giveaways. I recently won a 5 pack of Splinterlands cards via a random draw.
These are just a few things I personally find valuable/ interesting. I am very glad I decided to become a SIM millionaire.
