Some well-meaning people had been saying "not your keys, not your cryptos' during the bull market, and new people were just reluctant to transfer to their wallet probably due to (1) the need to actively trade alts, and (2) the inability to store crypto on their own.

It does take news like this to wake people up. E.g., I have deleted all my CEX apps!

Would be interesting to see if there will be new people in the next bull market who aren't that wise all over again!
