Question - how to put SBD on steemit from Poloniex?

Hey guys I got a question, what is the right way to put SBD from Poloniex into your steemit wallet? I searched it on google and found an article that said put your #Steemit name in the address and the memo key (Permissions memo key) in the memo field and then withdraw the funds.

So I tried that option, but I didn't received the SBD on my account. Has it changes in the meantime? Or I did something wrong?
