Lifetime ISA is easier to fill but there's still a £4k limit per year. So if I was to switch my current help to buy to a lifetime now I'd have to wait another year for it to be able to hold more. They are useful but only if you're well prepared.

The lifetime ISAs also pay out the bonus after the house purchase, so are useless for deposits. The money is withdrawn by your solicitor not yourself.
