I thinking moving the APR for HBD can be a great move since every crypto investor are always looking to great APR for stablecoins.
One good example of that it is UST (Terra blockchain) that have 20% APR and this created a lot of investors start to look to Terra.
So moving HBD APR 20% can bring a lot of spotlight to Hive blockcahin.
