All rewards for both Bitcoin and Ethereum wallets are given out by the owner upon request at this time

Correct that there are no rewards yet for Ethereum, only the log in option (with Ethereum wallet or ImmutableX [or Skale - hidden]).

For Bitcoin you can actually earn Bitcoin. You will automatically receive it in the Lightening Network you specify in the wallet section. You need to log in with a Hive account first, as we use the Hive/BTC bridge for this.
