There are plenty of unique languages. I speak Esperanto, which is a constructed language. That's pretty unique. Are you talking about the internet? An internet-exclusive language? I don't think that would be possible.
English is influenced a lot by the internet, so English will vary together with Internet usage, but it will not become an internet-exclusive language, just a language that is also used on the internet. The effect would be a major global adoption of the language, but it wouldn't become "unique".
