Bitcoin Paper Wallet gonna effect with comming august bip-140

Hello Friends,

I am newbie here but i wanna know about bitcoin paper wallet. Normally everybody says paper wallet is the best and safest way to save bitcoin. But now in august soft-forks bip-140 is coming and i dont know this bip-140 will effect paper wallet bitcoin ?
Is it still Good to leave it bitcoin on paper wallet OR transfer now to wallet where bip-140 is supported ?

Which options below are best to go with before bip-140 happens :-

1. Leave bitcoin in paper wallet, as bip-140 will not effects on paper wallet and its safe.
2. Move paper wallet bitcoin to bip-140 supported wallet before it happens.
3. Or is there any other options ?
