The speed at which the clouds approach makes the timelapse very interesting.

However, in this case of sunset, at the end of the day, I would risk a manual setting (ISO + shutter + aperture). The light gradually fades into darkness.

Just a suggestion: adding sound makes timelapses even more appealing.

P.S.: Although it's a cinematic technique, with video support, a timelapse is still a series of photographs taken at intervals. Therefore, it makes sense to be featured in a photography community (whatever that may be).
