The ICON Foundation has announced two new partnerships.
The first is with W Foundation, an organisation who focus on environmental preservation and refuge relief.
The ICX team will provide blockchain technology in the form of ICX integration with W Green Pay, a payment and rewarding system to incentivise users to reduce greenhouse gases that affect the environment.
ICON also announced that they have met with government officials of Jeju Island to discuss the upcoming Korean Crypto Hub.
It seems that the support for the suggested blockchain project called Jeju Free International City will come from the ICON team, which would make a massive impact on both the project and the future adoption of ICX in South Korea.
