... You will find some of the most interesting restaurants, cafes, bakeries, chocolate shops etc. Some cafes open as early as 6 am. Early morning or evening is the best times to walk here. I think it's probably the oldest neighbourhood in San Juan. When in Puerto Rico I recommend walking in Old San Juan.
