Project NOAH Looking to Collaborate with Blockchain Company

A lot has changed since the NOAH project shifted to the University of the Philippines, and among other things, there is a possibility of a future collaboration with a blockchain-based startup.

Roughly a year ago, the University of Philippines Resilience Institute (UPRI) took over the Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards (NOAH) project. The shift was as a result of the Department of Science and Technology’s (DOST) decision to stop funding it.
