During the late afternoon I am requesting my mother to give me a pan of water with ice so that I can dip my thin handkerchief in it and wipe my body to cool me off from this dreaded weather.
It is working though and I feel comfortable when the wet hanky touches my chest and absorbs heat with the use of my electric fans.
I also have no choice but to use my other electric fan for an exhaust fan so that my room would get at least a level of circulation.
