I am quite happy that my nurse had allowed to send me home despite that my blood pressure was only at around 100 Systolic, at 80 Systolic I am already ok and not feeling light-headed whatsoever.

I started my session with only 120/90 so I am a bit worried there that my blood pressure could plummet again. The only factor that made get confidence is that I did took another 700 mg of Caffeine total and that had lead me to at least survive my session.

But my BP had gone down to 80/60 and one thing that causes it was maybe I am already had reached my ultimate dry weight because my ear drums are already collapsing inside and it is already giving me the discomfort.

This time around I could not hear the gurgling sound (they call it "Rales") in my lungs which makes me satisfied about my treatment today. It means that my lungs got sucked-out with its fluid.

I am really experimenting if I can lower down my weight further down by trying to have the dialysis process take as much as fluids I can make it to pull out. But with the signs of discomfort and lowering further of my blood pressure I guess that I had reached the bottom of my real dry weight (my body weight with no more extra water).

I May Have Reached My Goal But I Still Feel Breathless

This is a good new even though I could not load much water in my body anymore at least it will take time for me to get breathless because I was able to give my body extra allowance without getting filled-up fast. But due to my backbone squeezing my internal organs particularly my lungs my breathlessness is not fully resolved but nonetheless I am happy with this kind of achievement already.

It had been my problem in my dialysis center right from the start where I had so many issues with my nurses because they could not bring down my weight as I was having my BP to always plummet until I had found a way to support it with caffeine which I regret in taking because it causes me an intermittent insomnia and its side-effect on my bones.

I just have to find a compromise otherwise I will not get an adequate dialysis treatment considering that my nurses are just setting the blood pump of the dialysis machine to just 200 mL/minute. So to avoid further conflict to my head nurse's judgement I just did not protest about that issue anymore, after all I am using an efficient high flux dialyzer (the blood filter) anyway.

I am happy about my session now, the nurses are not returning my blood anymore if it gets down to 80 Systolic so I am able to finish my session plus I was able to be sent home even if my blood pressure is 100 Systolic otherwise if other nurses would see my BP not going up they just might send me up to the emergency room.

Now I fear of not returning to my old schedule of 4:30/5:30 AM because surely enough my nurses there will treat me differently regarding how my treatment session should be. But again I have to mitigate on how I could adjust so that I could get the best dialysis treatment for myself.
