Yes that financial support by the government is being politicized by the local government because our Mayor here knows who voted whom in election times. Maybe because I wasn't able to vote last election that it caused me to get blacklisted, that is just my assumption but it is a fact like what you said they are favoring whoever they liked in the Municipal and local village council @maeugenia
