I suffered clinical depression when I was still a five year-old kid, it was different and i thought that it was normal. It is because I was taking Phenobarbital back then for my mild epilepsy, a 90 mg a day is just too much for my age.

But I just had sweat it out maybe because over the years the dose was cut down to 60 mg and then 30 until we stopped going to my neurosurgeon in the early 90's. Nobody will understand clinical depression until they had experienced it themselves karenb54@karenb54

I admire your courage to breakthrough and the message of that photo is very motivating because we have to shape our future and we have the power what our ending will be if it will be a bad or happy ending :)

My brother is doing an intermittent fasting because he got diagnosed with a heart disease. He revolved his eating habit around and is now doing an "Intermittent fasting" it made him to lose weight and felt much better with his health and his heart symptoms got cured based on the latest test result that made him avoid a heart procedure.

I recommend intermittent fasting for you, best regards and my God bless you and your loved ones always. :D
