I do not like the weather here now in my place @karenb54 because it is not so hot and yet it feels hot, I mean I cannot sweat out my extra fluids from my body so I am heavy when I come to the dialysis center.

Anyway best regards to your diet, I think I cannot even do 400 calories a day, I am eating like a cockroach because of my appetiteloss. :|
