Yeah i reckon I got addicted to it early but didn't affect my sleep then, maybe because I am under Phenobarbital because of my mild epilepsy which btw didn't get cured despite every three months ever since I was just a little youngling we are going to the hospital in Manila to see my Neurosurgeon doctor until around the year 1992 when my mother said to me that we will stop going anymore, so I agreed @gungho.
