That cake looks delicious @foxkoit, I like some type of cakes like a fruit cake where I can nibble on some fruit bits while enjoying the rest of the cake.

I remember at one time that my mother was buying me a cake with lots of egg whites as the icing, it is called a "Brazo De Mercedes cake". It was the time where the doctor recommended me to eat egg whites because I was passing protein through my urine because my Kidneys are awfully sick at that time until my Kidneys basically had stopped working. :/
