This was the Lactobacilli drink that I was referring to. @cryptoknight12

I can purchase it in the nearby stores here in my place. It has some 6.5 to 10 Billion Lactobacilli in this small container of 65 mL bottle.

It is good to take good bacteria because good bacteria even in capsule form eats the food you eat and when they die fighting bad bacteria or die naturally they will release the digested nutrients from their bodies for our guts to easily absorb. :)
