I modified this image to make it get some interesting meaning and made it to have a head of a bomb squeezed by a vise. You can interpret this art piece in so many ways and obviously it shows like a person that has a lot of things in his head that it is now like a ticking timebomb inside his head. It could mean that he has a myriad of problems that could make him "explode" within any time soon.
