How do you do dear friends? Today marks the 12th day of my Sauerkraut Experiment and as I squeezed the plastic bottle of this fermented goodie fart-like smell came out from it.
Maybe it's just normal because it is a fermented food anyway. So in a couple of days I will try if I had a successful job in making this Sauerkraut and it should taste sour which meant it did ferment.
It will be nice to eat this mainly for its good bacteria content as it will aid my digestion too.
