The only explanation is that someone is buying it is all. The reason, it is always hard to determine as we are not in the mind of the buyers but yeah STEEM has some qualities but also some weakness.

yes a whale is buying, we can see it at volume but what I don't like is that a versmall volume is able to remove all the gain. It shows that we don't have enough buyer present to avoid a big correction
