Yeaa there is some damage foe sure, but not as bad a slugs and snails which im currently fighting with.....My chokes are nearly eaten fully, only some leaves left over on tops, i hope they will still produce some crop....
Same with sunflowers and other plants they like, out of 50+ sunflowers i planted - maybe 3 or 4 would flower....
Also in the greenhouse, they had eaten most of my peppers and other seeds i had germinated, you could come over in the morning and all seeds germinated the day before were eaten down to the soil lvl......
and in relation to eating zee bugs...yes in survival situation sure but not in everyday diet.....there is a reason why people would eat them only once for a while.....
