Electroneum is a cryptocurrency with a primary focus on providing and enhancing the mobile experience. Their mission is to expand accessibility to the market by lowering barrier of entry for a mass audience of mobile-centric users. ETN, the official coin for the Electroneum project, has a final coin availability of 21 billion. Notably, ETN can be mined with the help from smartphones (2 billion + smartphone users). The Electroneum ICO raised 40 million dollars in under 2 months, reaching their desired target earlier than expected. The project was founded by developer and entrepreneur, Richard Ells in November of 2017.
