Is the Dow ready to rally?
Since February, there has been a lot of volatility and uncertainty in the markets. investors and speculators don't know which direction the market is headed. Geopolitical factors have come into play as well.
We can't predict how politics and sentiment come to play into the markets, but we can sit back and look at price movement from an objective standpoint through technical analysis to determine where the market is heading.
Here's my commentary of what I'm seeing in the markets.
Each day in the markets, we seem to have more questions than answers.
