Fundrise

Fundrise is a real estate investment platform that offers equity and debt investments. These investments go into real projects with real returns.

Fundrise offers 8.7%-12.4% historical returns, a diversified portfolio option, and low fees.

This is an awesome spin to the peer to peer world that is being built. Super powerful platform.

LendingClub

Lendingclub is a public company that offers peer to peer lending. Most money that is lent out is lent to individuals who have trouble attaining capital from banks. The securities you invest in are called debt notes.

After fees, these notes can return anywhere from 3.8% to 10.4% depending on the borrowers APR given their credit health.

Investing in debt notes is not without risk as borrowers sometimes fail to pay back.

CrowdCube

Crowdcube is a crowdfunding platform for startup companies. These companies are typically in the UK market and have a great idea that they are trying to run a business on.

Since Crowdcube is only equity investing, there are no projected returns. The difficult thing about startups is that a lot of them are not worried about profitability, but are looking to get bought by a larger company which is where the investors profit. If this doesn't happen and the company's management isn't looking to make decisions based on long term financial health, the company could fail.

Overall, a very powerful platform. I suggest you give it a look.
