Every serious project has its own peculiarities. I became very passionate about ALGORAND, developed by a professor at MIT. Random selection of witnesses in my opinion is a good idea and helps to keep the ecosystem decentralized, unless multiple witnesses are under the same person. Thanks for your comment.
