This would not be based on any Technical Analysis instead is my personal opinion that's based mainly on the current price of the coins that will be mentioned and the previous ATH of them.
In the previous Bull run Hive wasn't existed, basically a big part of what we call Hive today existed under the STEEM umbrella and that is the reason for being included on that list of mine. Hive is an amazing Blockchain and highly undervalued, it forked from STEEM this March ( we really thank you for your efforts JS) and the most of community members followed including myself. Although Hive's ATH high is far away from today's price and the room for growth is at least x8 (Hive's ATH $0,987244 Apr 26, 2020)based on the rule i have set for the coins of this list, another ATH is the reason for Hive being included on the list and that's STEEM's ATH.
I don't know the reason behind the Steem explosion back then, but i do know that if Steem was able to make an ATH at $8,57 (Jan 03, 2018) the Hive can do at least this much and that's because the "fork" wasn't a small part that took it's baggages and left, but a huge part of the community. The real strength of STEEM is now on Hive and that is it's community, a strong community that didn't obey on a rich entity's obsessions and it's now free to thrive.
A side note.
With that being said, you could imagine what will be the price of Leo if Hive hit an ATH at $9!!
