This would not be based on any Technical Analysis instead is my personal opinion that's based mainly on the current price of the coins that will be mentioned and the previous ATH of them.

Looking back on 2017 were the cryptos thrive, there were many coins that reached it's peak. One of those was a Litecoin fork that released at January 18, 2014, as Xcoin (XCO), the same month of this year On January 28, 2014, the name was changed to Darkcoin before finally being renamed Dash on March 25, 2015.
Dash is a coin that actually came to solve the slow transaction speed and be more privite than the leading coins at that time, BTC and Litecoin that forked from.

According to the project's white paper, Dash seeks to improve upon Bitcoin (BTC) by providing stronger privacy and faster transactions. Dash, whose name comes from "digital cash," was launched in January 2014 as a fork of Litecoin (LTC). Since going live, Dash has grown to include features such as a two-tier network with incentivized nodes, including "masternodes," and decentralized project governance; InstantSend, which allows for instantly settled payments; ChainLocks, which makes the Dash blockchain instantly immutable; and PrivateSend, which offers additional optional privacy for transactions.

So without further delay let's see how much room for improvement Dash holds.

Right now Dash trading around $97 and its far away of it's ATH that was achieved on 20 December 2017 and it's $1.642,22! That's a huge gap on the current price and it's ATH, which means plenty of room for improvement to get back there it was.
Many could say that Dash have some serious competitives like Monero and Zcash and achieving an ATH again it would be impossible, but as i said that's my personal opinion and it's based mainly on how undervalued the coin is based it's former ATH.
