While I had the opportunity to live in Dubai twice for 7 months each time I found a little cafe near the Dubai Mall called Icons. This was the only cafe I have ever found that served Kopi Luwak coffee.

If you are not familiar with kopi luwak then her is an excerpt from Wikipedia.

“Kopi luwak is a coffee that consists of partially digested coffee cherries, which have been eaten and defecated by the Asian palm civet. It is also called civet coffee.”

This is a delicacy coffee and very expensive. It cost me $50 US dollars for four small cups, which I drank all of them since I paid for them. But it was well worth it. I also received a free pastry with my order which made it even better.

The cafe actually brewed the kopi luwak right at my table which was very interesting and new to me. In the end I want to try it again if I can ever find another cafe that serves it.
