You really have me scratching my head - you haven't confused Nelson Mandela with Che Guevara, have you? 😉

I'm not interested in arguing - this kind of thing is not about changing opinions, rather understanding viewpoints - so many questions I would like to ask you from whether you remember Apartheid to how you somehow got the idea that Europe wasn't singing free Nelson Mandela just as much, if not much more, than the U.S., but I'll limit myself to the following two (with an eye on understanding):
Do you think a peaceful transition from Apartheid would have been possible without Nelson Mandela? What is your opinion of Desmond Tutu?
