I never "reprint" anything. The original author always deserves that respect and recognition. I always limit myself to summarizing with a few excerpts, and then the link to the original for those who want it. In this case though, I felt that it was an entire must read and that there were no excerpts that could be taken while doing justice to the whole, and that any attempt to summarize would have been a total injustice, to everybody, author and reader alike.
