There's plenty of people making posts available where "short form stuff" can appear in the comments, as I said, all day long. The problem is that there is no incentive for people to do that. No, sorry, I misstated that: the problem is that the incentives are EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE for people to do that.

Engagement and quality, it's a symbiotic relationship, but the engagement necessarily comes first since quality arises from within and as a result.
