Almost a double in two months? Right up to all time high resistance? What gives?

That was a major markup that caught a lot of people on the sidelines wishing they were in and more than ready to buy the dip. Lots of big money waiting for the chance to get in, but they're patient and we may be going sideways for a few months. Not all bad - in fact, very good long term I think.
