I upvote here on HIVE, and comment too, in much the same way I do on Twitter. Same philosophy, same motivation: try to intelligently contribute, and indicate that I liked what was said (when the case, of course).

I completely ignore the financial 'irrationality' (the fact that my reward is less that it should be), basically because that's the way I think this should work, and sure seems natural to me.

The rewards curve is poorly thought out, IMVHO.
