Again, there was no theft, they were only left out. Nothing like what Sun did to people who came here, which WAS theft, and that's going to court.

There's just a huge difference. HIVE was a defensive move on the part of the community, to protect itself from a hostile takeover. I don't think anyone needs to worry about HIVE doing anything like what STEEM did. I wouldn't worry in the least about the HIVE community doing anything like that.
