Personally I don't have a problem with leaving out bad actors and questionable pre-mined funds. After all, you're creating a new chain and it's not like you're taking anything away, rather you're not giving. For me it was a great move in the direction of further decentralization and censor free expression of thought - the opposite of what STEEM is.
