This is such a good idea, however alas I don't think the Hive team is very organised. It was bad enough when we were Steemit, now we seem to have gone backwards. Before they used to do a bunch of posts before the hardfork so that you could see what was happening and make suggestions.
HF25 has been on the table for at least 6 months as far as I can tell and I've seen one extremely technical post which nobody but a dev could understand.
Anyway, thanks for this info, I remember
