Steemit.com doesn't look like a proper front end website to be honest, not only the trending page is broken, also it just doesn't look so good, I can't even view some of my comments due to the ad bars

I and many others have been saying this since 2016. I don't think it'll be long before Google bans Steemit from it's advertising list. If I was an advertiser, the last thing I want is my ad over some shitpost, or annoying someone because they can't even view a comment.

How can we attract new users/investors with such?

We can't.

We can attract vultures if the price goes up, but in it's current state, Steemit will die within 12 months.

Let's see if the Steem currency can survive that.
