NET NEUTRALITY?
This refers to deregulation rules handed down by the FCC for internet providers such as Verizon, AT&T, etcetera, to block apps or slow down websites legally, and even charge fees for priority access to consumer screens!
According to the Washington Post, the FCC's net neutrality vote has been published in the Federal Registry.
Fifty of fifty-one votes to pass this administrative action have been obtained. This makes people wonder if democracy is slowly facing it's demise.
In this writer's opinion, this is disconcerting news. What are your thoughts on this matter?
