Polkadot is a Blockchain platform to provide decentralized web 3.0 What does it mean? It means that this platform provides you scability economy and decentralized governance perspective.
Especially there are two significiant subject in this project that both scability and governance. Because we just solve many problems in BLockchain with scability. Also it has open governance system. So you can witness transparancy government system.
