During the peak of Pokemons mainstream lifecycle, there was a version of pokemon cards that were compatible with Nintendo's E-reader for the Gameboy Advance. This was yet another failed strategy at bringing life to the failed nintendo accessory.

At the bottom of each card, there is a barcode that the e-reader can scan which gives the stats for each pokemon similar to a pokedex. On the left of each card is another barcode which comtains a small minigame you can play that pertains to that particular pokemon. Sometimes the minigame is as simple as flipping a coin with that pokemons face on it.
Because these cards were released long after the very first sets of pokemon cards, I didn't have the interest to collect them at their initial release. I bought these particular cards in a auction that contained other collectors items, I had no idea these were hiding at the bottom of the box, although I was happy they were.
When I bought the E-reader brand new, I was given 2 free e-pokemon cards. I forget which 2 from my collection were them. Along side those cards was this instruction paper which has become increasingly collectible. Most people thew it away which is why its so rare.
I've always had these items as collectables and never actually used them as they were intended. As time goes on, these will get even rarer till eventually nobody will remember they ever existed. By having my collection on the blockchain, atleast you can see a small glimpse at what could have been.
