I'm just here crossing my fingers that the second season can live up to the first. I also loved that went full-on with the fantasy element. They were unapologetic about the monsters and magic, which some "fantasy" shows tend to downplay. The Eragon mention was spot on too. Lol! My guess is, some shows and movies try to downplay the fantasy on their first outing to appeal to a broader audience. The problem is, when they do that, they end up disappointing those who are really into fantasy.
