I always stake/powerup 50% of all my rewards and use the other 50% to buy other coins and NFTs and take part in other crypto projects.

I also admit that I absolutely do not know how to trade, I am really bad and when I thought I was capable I lost a lot of what I had and for this reason I will never make this mistake again.

I'm on the same boat here. I'm not a crypto trader. Sure, I am learning about the charts and can follow analysts when they try to explain the trends and whatnot, but I am not confident enough to do anything with crypto other than keeping them.
